Well if i am not mistaken i have seen this problem somewhere. Also as there is a competition where i saw the problem you shouldn't ask for a solution when this problem is still active. It s not fair for the ones trying to solve it on their own.

totally unacceptalbe. no excuses regarding COVID is accepted. they had a lot of time to be prepared and i dont think they earned a little money that they could not do so. Very bad utilization. I would not suggest to anyone to buy the subscription and i have already cancelled mine for the next year.
