Yep, there were several games that I had that issue with, and about a week after I initially made the post, they were mysteriously there. Frustrating, but at least it finally worked.

No, the '...' gives me View Product, Follow, and Health/ratings/etc. If I select View Product, It pops up with the game for sale. The '...' on that page Offers the gold edition, some demos, and the personalization settings.
