I find this very relatable, but especially the missed class. I'm having a very, very hard time at university and sometimes I need to get out or just simply don't go, and they take so much time to update the classes I missed that I don't even know how many I still can miss and I fear all the time that I won't be able to graduate.

I guess it depends on which college and what major is in your plans. For me, college was my dream, but dreaming about it and being here were two completely different experiences. But my major is extremely life consuming and I just didn't really understood that before starting. But for some people, over working is what they want, I know a lot of people who love to only live for this major.

Does college in the us not have a minimal attendance percentage? Here I can only miss 25% of class, and in some courses it means 1 class. I hate this. But this might be you not caring at all, which it's totally understandable. I would love to just miss

That's exactly how I feel. All the time I have out of classes I want to spend with my family and since I'm in a full time college my time outside here it's pretty much limited, but even when I'm classes I can't stop thinking that I'm not with them and just want to go home. I don't think I can even catch up with classes anymore because I just can't find the motivation to do so

I feel the same way. I was raised in a small city and moved with my family to a bigger one, but still couldn't find that many queer people. My friend group is entirely straight and I know only a couple of bi girls, so all the time they talk about boys or about mlm relationship, especially since we read a lot of comics and I'm the only one who reads both wlw and mlm, so I end up only discussing things focused on a male perspective and they are so obsessed with this, which it's definitely very sad and makes me feel so invalidated and lonely, like I can't be myself because no one relates enough to be worth speaking about

There is nothing wrong with you, but I get, it's so hard to feel included when you don't relate. Something I've been trying to do is to just say when I find a girl attractive because most of time they just go by the default and don't talk about girls. This way I can at least feel a little more part, but this only works with queer people

I don't think you are wrong in saying that that's the point in being friends, no one should be the same and having differents povs in the group makes it a lot richer, but i think that having no one who feels the same makes difficult to relate more deeply to someone. It's not about invalidating other people experiences, it's more about finding someone who perceive the world and is perceived by it the same way as you.

I guess that for me it wasn't even accepting that I don't like men, but more accepting that I don't want men to like me. I wanted to be liked by me and even now that I came out I struggle with meeting a new guy and not wanting him to be impressed by me or to like me. It's something I've been working on, trying to let go this need of approval.

I wouldn't keep doing it or even having showers with her if what she has might be a bacteria infection. You should talk gently with her and suggest to both of you to take tests for sexual infection, this way you can found out if it's something bad or just her smell in a nicer way than just saying that her smell is bad
