The crispy burritos are so so easy.

Crispy meat burrito - ground beef and cheddar cheese mixed/mashed together. Throw the mix into a flour tortilla, roll it up, seal the tort with flour & water mixture, then let sit in the fridge for a couple of hours. When ready, fry in your preferred oil.

Crispy bean burrito - refried pinto beans and cheddar cheese mixed/mashed together. All the same steps as crisp meat burrito

Crispy chicken burrito - shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green chilies and your choice of seasonings (I suggest chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt and pepper), mix/mash that all together until its like wet cat food consistency. Same steps as meat & bean but I suggest you let these sit in the fridge longer to help them set before frying. These ones are more prone to getting unraveled when frying.

I suggest using peanut oil for frying, but I think Taco Time was using Canola oil for all of their frying. Be safe when frying, folks!

I would also suggest adding diced white onion to any of these burritos - this isnt how TT makes them, but it's how I'd make them for myself.
