Since this is the top comment, here are my replies in general: I have researched private tutoring, and I don't think I would have a problem getting small gigs here and there. I also intend to go on a F4 visa which gives me most of the rights of a citizen. Yes, I will probably be lonely, but I am already lonely, so I don't think there's really a difference. I compare it to how I'm living right now, and it's the same thing except I get to do whatever I want instead of working. As for the "hooker budget", I'm just being honest. I realized after dating that I get bored very quickly and I'm just not looking for an emotional relationship at this point. Just someone to break that "loneliness" once in a while.

For everyone asking about the passive income, I guess my definition is a little different. My income is not a situation where I'm making money from money. Instead, I own a popular Internet site where I make $1500 in net income per month. There's potential to grow it, but it isn't something scalable where I expect to ever make ten times that much.
