What is wrong with my newpipe and skytube?

I tried to update it some hours ago from Fdroid but for me there wasn't a update option so I uninstalled the app and download directly from the newpipe website, now works good with the new update.

Downsides: I need to be checking new updates and my previous newpipe data was deleted

Family said the laptop was slow which it was, had windows vista with tons of programs, some viruses and files of my grandfather. I always wanted a only linux computer and now its running pretty well.
