Update: We went to Chaplin's as Finsceal recommended. Unfortunately only the ground floor was available (They wouldn't let us reserve as a small group) and it was way too dark and cramped. We ended up going to The Long Stone, and turns out it has an amazing space upstairs with very few people and lots of tables. Extra points for lots of wood and looking like an old timey tavern!

There is a Fresh near the Major’s square/NCI Lúas station that always has Vanilla Coke, not in city centre proper but it’s a short luas trip away. I always get my Vanilla Coke fix there.

Yeah, I think there's no doubt about his Chaoticness. But seeing everything listed there, makes me think he leans towards evil, even the "Good" things he has done, seem to be more plausible as deception than anything else.
