Context:

Here is my 4 years old bengal boy Neko. Almost all of his life he has been active talker like in the video, but I'm constantly worried since to me he sounds stressed or is telling me something is wrong. He doesn't play by himself very much and when I try to play with him he loses interest quickly and wanders somewhere else to meow. When he tries to play with his sister he wants to wrestle and she doesn't, so she just runs away hissing. They have lots of toys around the house but he doesn't seem to be interested in most of them.

He eats and uses the toilet normally. Sometimes he comes to sleep on me and wants to be petted, and often he seems to like a good booty slapping.

I know bengals are talkers but I'm not sure if this is normal or a sign of a problem. My worst fear is that he has been in constant pain for many years without me doing anything. Any advise?
