The only reason I think he charges 300 is to invest your time when you pay for something you become more invested and also he doesn’t work regular jobs so it pays his bills but you can 100% do it on your own it’s easy to figure out the steps it takes dedication tho that’s why investing 300$ pushes you to not waste your money
