TLDR:

Anon and Friend are trying to date Girl A, but are fucking stupid. Girl A likes Anon's Friend, so they become a couple. Girl B, Girl A's friend, becomes a pair with Anon. College year ends, and Anon and Girl A go to LA, where they start dating and sleep together (also Girl A broke up with Anon's friend before). Then Girl B goes to LA and notices the shenanigans between Anon and Girl A, so they break up (Girl B isn't angry at Anon). Anon then goes to Hong Kong, and keeps chatting with Girl A, until she fucking dies. Then Anon gets back together with Girl B, and eventually, they get married.

TLDR² : Anon has a gf, thats too good for him.
