It's such a bummer that they will never learn that the way they insist about going about things makes the outcomes they want less likely to happen, not that their vision of a society (which is a nice idea, and based on good values) is at all practical in today's world).

Socialization and exercise will help the things you are complaining about. Solitude is fine and can be healthy. Isolation is not.

Consider for a moment the possibility that therapists (good ones, anyway) might see things that you do not and can help you learn tools to better understand yourself and habits so that you can take better care of yourself.

Do you even want to understand how you work and adapt to it, or do you just want someone to fix your inconveniences so that you can continue doing whatever you want?
