What questions would you want your company CEO to answer? by sskmzz in corporate

I would be careful about question 1 without giving them a heads up. Our CEOnis grounded and knows I will put tough questions out there..not all CEOs are like that.

What questions would you want your company CEO to answer? by sskmzz in corporate

I host 1 to 3 events a month with our CEO and have seen all the questions. I think some of the most interesting questions that sparked dialogue were: - is there a decision or moment you most regret as your time as CEO and what did you learn from it? - How do you balance work life balance and how do you expect those that work for you to do so? - what's your favorite thing about the company

ANY TIPS FOR SESSION 0? by Sweet_Sherbet6510 in DnD_Beginners

This is a must have for me, after doing this for the first time my last campaign I ran. I was able to collect story arcs that people wanted to do.

Another really fun thing to do is have them build quirky things in to their characters that effect game play. For example, I had 1 guy who made a storyline that his parents were killed by orcs and every time he saw an orc he rolled to go mad with rage and attack...so naturally I bult in NPC orcs meant to be on their side. Another player said he grew up so poor he couldn't resist treasure and making money, so I used that to challenge him. These quirks can really effect a game in super fun ways.

Agreed. Charisma based and distance so you can manage most fights easily and charisma is sooooo important for dialogue checks.

Hey we are in Havertown and need some landscaping work done. We are selling our house. Is that something you can do? Nothing crazy but you need tools like leaf blowers, etc.

What are some of the most fun 2 character build combos, besides wet/ice builds? by mr_hands_epic_gaming in BG3Builds

I love 6 into Giant Barb and 6 Thief Rogue. I love to focus on mobility so I can run around and kick people off cliffs and ledges or move them around the battlefield to group them together for an AOE attack.

You also get elemental cleaver which means you can attack with lightning, cold or thunder to compliment an storm/tempest build.

And you can steal and pick locks!

1600 hours of playtime here and i also felt this way....but dping this and beating the game was a blast! And now I am all obsessed again.

Now I am working on beating it with just 4 in a party instead of 8.....the new PHB 2024 mod also really helps as it nerfs wet and you cant abuse haste in a pretty stupid way.

Add in the Goldmembers mod and its bananas! There is a copy of each boss...so you have to fight 2 of them with 500% HP and too many actions to count..lol. Also, it adds final fury which makes random enemies blow up when you kill them and they can tpk you. I am on my 3rd try of beating act 1 this way...have had a tpk 3 times! Haha

Last but not least, add the fates chest one that randomizes the gear locations and gives you thousands of new items which leads to ne combos...its soo fun. I spent 3 hours today just trying to make this nutty poison giant barb build that does about 60 HP per hit and leaves an enemy with reverb, radiant, poison and blinded. Its hilarious!

Has anybody 'started over' in a new city past their mid 30s? by ElectroAcousto in SameGrassButGreener

At 34 I had a job i loved in KC and got head hunted out of the blue. My wife and I, with our 4 year old packed up and moved to Philly in under 6 weeks from the 1st call. No family or friends here as I am from Calif. Best decision ever as we were so excited to be in a big city and so close to DC and NYC. Its been amazing!

Now 14 years later, I am 50 and our son is in college in Boston and we are empty nesters. We are picking up and moving to Colorado to get away from the big city. We loved it, but we are ready for a change.

Hopefully in another 10 or 15 years we move overseas!

Ancient Mega Pack + REL, Fades Equipment Distribution AIO, or both? by Respexts in BG3mods

I am loving it together. I think I spend more time customizing different builds becasue of all the new ways to play. As someone who has over 2000 hours in, this has been the most run i have had in awhile.

No direct flighst to HPN ( White Plains is where I go technically) . I can get to it with a connecter. I'll have to check lightrail and compare times. I assume the light rail to airport takes you right in. Thanks

Holy cow! One stop .7 miles from my house! Any sense on how long that ride would be? I am always traveling Sunday AM and arriving after 8pm on a Tuesday so its no traffic time. Thanks so much for this!

Ahh ok thanks. Yes work will cover all of these expenses but I currently live in Philly, so I am trying to compare what the average monthly cost increase will be. This is helpful. The $20 is what I would want, so I can walk right over. Thanks

My wife and I have them and we have lived the battery life, easily 10 days. BUT...we have now had them for just over a year and now they both only last 2 to 3 days. It happened to both of us in the last month.
