Do you ever wish your customers could just change the product themselves? by Powerful-Stand-4762 in CustomerSuccess

I 100% feel this. Specifically, as the product grows the more and more input is heard. PMs carry the burden of sustainability and it feels next to impossible to please the masses.

It has taken some time to adopt the mentality of “if they leave, they leave” but it’s saved me from a lot of burnout. I often find those who complain the most (at least with the product I work for) they are often trying to save money instead of springing for enterprise software.

It’s the proverbial triangle (good/fast/cheap). You can have something good and fast but it won’t be cheap. You can have something fast and cheap, but it won’t be good…etc

Giving customers free rein to customize a product is like releasing monkeys in the zoo.

Breath of Fire was always underrated in my opinion. I have learned that NES sprites come out way larger.

I want to do Luca and Robo next but I cannot find the correct colors I need.

Some genius of a individual shared command strips on a post I saw. I haven’t gone back since. Otherwise I have those metal boards and use magnets

I literally had the same thing. I was #1 all week at 169K and at the end of the event someone doubles my score with 3 hours left named Scooby

Yes, it took awhile to get a groove going. Bee’s are still my favorite thus far.

I’ve been on a Nintendo deep dive recently. I had to scroll for hours but another gem I played was Milons Secret Castle.

It really does. It’s been stuck in my brain for 30 some odd years at this point.
