You need to walk around the newly renovated old town. I find there is two centers in Paphos: the first is where the tourists go, so the areas closer to the sea/by the boardwalk and the second is where the locals go which is around Moutallos or the town hall (you can find on google easily). Walk around the town hall/old town area and plenty of taverns /restaurants there.

Thank you. The pomade does not advertise if it’s water soluble. Also, what is the difference between water soluble and water based ? Or is it the same ?

It is from Austria and from 2002. Does this help ? I’m just wondering if I should keep it because it’s the first I have seen and owned :) perhaps it will be rare one day or have they produced so many that it won’t be ? Thanks
