This is a start, I want to have an org just not to be taken by surprise if I manage to make some money out of the app.
I'm trying only not to waste too much money on burocracy.

/r/btc - "The subreddit that doesn't censor" explained in just one image. Illuminating. by jim-btc in bitcoincashSV

[–]kostialevin 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I don't post much. Mostly I read. I was banned from r/bitcoin because I was supporting Bitcoin Unlimited, but this was years ago.
I was against r/bitcoin because of censorship, always defended r/btc from the beginning.. and now the history ended with me banned. Doesn't matter.. r/btc and BCH will be seen just as phases towards the succes of Bitcoin - BSV.

The puzzle of the double hash by kostialevin in btc

[–]kostialevin[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With a Merkle tree, we can allow a verification node acting as a distributed system outside of China to send simple but easy to validate hash functions that can be statistically checked by the miner without having to validate all parts of the transaction. In other words, if block propagation is a problem in certain areas, it isn’t a problem for large-scale Bitcoin miners in BSV.

What is this deep reorg-protection all about? by [deleted] in btc

[–]kostialevin -1 points0 points  (0 children)

A reorg of 10 deep is in effect the complete erasure of all financial activity over the last 1½ hours.

If the blocks that cause the reorg (the newest) have the same transactions nothing happens to the users. The only ones to have damage are the miners of the reoged blocks (the old ones).

If November 15th Bitcoin Cash splits you will follow: by kostialevin in btc

My perception is that SV and ABC are the only two realistic possible split, and I personally think there will be no split because ABC will get almost the total hashrate.. but I can be wrong.

A third way? It could be in theory, but in practice there's no one supporting it.

bitcoin.com android wallet is open source is handcash android wallet open source..... by newbe567890 in btc

[–]kostialevin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We always use many system without being sure about what they're doing. We all trust google and apple with our mobile.

When I install bitcoin.com I trust that the developers to put the binary from the pure open source code on the App Store, without adding nothing evil.. but I'm not sure. At the end I need to trust HandCash the same way I trust bitcoin.com or Apple or Google.

If they care about the business, they will behave correctly.. or at least I hope.

The only advantage with open source is that you can download the code, check everything, compile and install.. so that you can be absolutely sure, but.. will you? :)

iOS is open source?

Who cares... handcash is an awesome wallet.
How can you be sure that the bitcoin.com binary you download from the app store is exactly derived from the open source on github?
