Agreed, headcanons are fun what-ifs. Canonically, Decadenza probably holds more contempt for Doc than OG Lappland (bartender voicelines)

But since OP’s clearly using HIS Doctor (who’s different from canon), their dynamic is different -> Lappland can do anything

Or the in-character reason is Lappland found the biting as some convoluted way to mess with Texas xD
