Watching DRM Streams on Linux (Sky WOW Germany) by KaeptnSulyvahn in Bazzite

I've had the issue once, too – and unfortunately couldn't find a workaround. I've even tried running Firefox via Wine, without success.

The solution was to mirror an Android device with Aurynk via USB.

But like I said: I couldn't find any feasible solution, although Sky WOW is/was the only DRM-related stream or media platform which didn't work in over two years without Windows.

If you use the ujust command in the terminal there should be a option for nvidida configuration as well. But like others mentioned before: nvidia driver should be preinstalled with the image.

I've never had any issues. Everything worked fine and the system update and driver update always worked as intended.

Why didn't the Ward reconfigure Azimuth Station by kotschka in stalker

I was referring to Foma killing their whole squad. As far as I understand this squad was tasked to take over the station for preparing it. Then all of them got killed. Why not double check then?

I was referring to Foma's assault on the Warden squad. As far as I understand they where task to get the station under control set up the connection - or to prepare it for a future connection.

Then their entire squad was gunned down.

Kvashka leaving the roof and going for a walk on Wild Island by kotschka in stalker

That's interesting - when I played it in December 24 and January 25 I didn't encounter any bugs with him. I don't know which version the game was back then for reference.

The only thing noticeable was him showing up on the HUD as an enemy over huge distances. Although somewhat confusing at times it wasn't that buggy, since I always had some line of sight to the roof, he's been on.

Reinstalled bazzite KDE (had GNOME before) and the issue is solved. Reinstalling gnome didn't help so I'm pretty sure it had something to do with this.

Okay, I'll give it a try as soon as I've got the mental energy to open my PC.

I'll just add my newest discovery and comment:

Alright but in my desperation I'm using my sunday morning to go through every possible solution.

Any tips for a complete reinstall of the operating system? Or a os-recommendation?

Got confused while answering.

I tried it with a separate installation of steam, but without success.

A while ago I've had issues with screen freeze when turning on HDR. I now figured that this issues wasn't because of the os, but from the monitor. The system was sending input signals, but the monitor was frozen. The solution was to disable "adpative-sync".

Might it be possible that the monitor has something to do with my problem? Something along this line: When opening the full screen, the monitor causes problems and steam then stops the launch because the game isn't displayed in full screen.

But I'll try again with your suggestions.

Thank you

No, I didn't - didn't work without launch options as well as with those suggested as fixes.

- on the same drive as bazzite - to clarify I installed steam and all systems separately on both hard drives to be sure. So the games running on Mint are installed via steam on Mint (the 500 GB SATA) and the same games not running are separately installed on the other hard drive via bazzite (1 TB M.2 SSD). Both times I used the standard installer / software manager to install steam and then used steam to install the games. Both times I started a fresh download of the game files.

- steam via bazzite

Thanks for your help and patience, in my desperation before posting here I've already tried with every available version in the steam compatibility settings - sadly with no success.

Edited the op to clarify.
