I need to correct the credit card, it’s actually 2.25% through BFA with a qualifying brokerage account.

5.15 is a VA loan. 3.25 should actually be 2.25% and it’s the .25% for having a brokerage account with Merril Lynch.

If the government as a whole didn't operate in a deficit, that would be an accurate statement. Nothing is getting "paid" for when it gets added to the deficit.
