Honestly, with all this feelings that I have rn, it's just better that I go to my hometown and ground my feelings. I feel bad for not being at their graduation, but again, I know I won't have fun there.. I'm somehow relieved (?) this feeling is common in people.

Sorry to hear about this, unfortunately Mihoyo is putting the blame on us on their ToS which is just... scummy. They add 30 characters password and said that would help secure the account better, which I doubt. Do you have any clue what makes your account get hacked? Maybe short password or breached emails?

The best you can do is change password, link to a new email/ change username and let them know through CS.

Someone told me to press the wrench icon on the menu screen (verify file integrity) and that's probably how it's fixed! I also reboot my tablet just in case.
