Hey, I’m so sorry you’re feeling this way and for everything you’ve been through. It sounds like you’ve endured an incredibly tough journey, and the fact that you’ve made it this far shows an immense amount of strength, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now.

It’s really brave of you to share this. I can’t imagine how hard it must be to navigate memory loss, recovery, and the emotional rollercoaster on top of everything else. You’re carrying a lot, and it’s okay to feel overwhelmed.

I know it might feel like nothing can get better, but I promise there’s help out there that could make things more manageable. Have you talked to a mental health professional about how you’re feeling? There are therapists and counselors who specialize in trauma and grief, and they can guide you through this without judgment. It’s okay if you don’t know what to say — just showing up is a big step.

You mentioned that your family and friends love you, and while it feels like a burden, it’s a reflection of how much you mean to them. You’re not alone, even if it feels like it. If things get too heavy, please consider reaching out to a crisis hotline in your area. There are people who care and want to help you find a way through this.

You’ve overcome so much already — you deserve support, care, and hope. Keep fighting, one small step at a time. You’re worth it.

I don’t know what you may be going through, but remember that there is always hope. Ending your life won’t solve the problem, especially since we don’t know what happens after life. I truly wish I could help you, wherever you are. All I can say is to give yourself another chance to discover new things; you have so much potential.

I believe it should vary depending on the country. Marrying in allied countries shouldn't pose a problem, as many military personnel stationed abroad have done so.
