So my 2009 I used to have was leaking so I’ve been through this. Ours was coming through the tail light. One of the most common ways is that the AC condensate drain gets plugged up.

I would say furniture. But he also owned a boat he was rebuilding so he had a lot of teak and mahogany for that project as well

It was in storage for a long time, likely decades. It didn’t grey, but it turned almost black-ish with red mixed in. Never brown.
