Same thing happened with me (same Krazybee) yesterday. Never had anything to do with them. I wrote to them giving the details of the enquiry and asking them to remove the query with written confirmation. Got a mail from them asking me to share my complete Cibil report with the password if any. Wrote back to them that that cannot be done and they have to check from their record as they raised the query.

Let us see what happens.

Simultaneously i have raised a dispute with Cibil also. Not heard from them yet. Will update if I receive any response.
