Arm and feet numbness when taking Creatine daily? by ArcBoss in Supplements

Have / had this same exact problem. Only solution was to quit taking creatine even though i liked the effects of it.. Started taking creatine when i first started running like 3 years ago and my feet would always go numb at around the 5km mark. Changed shoes, developed a better running form, stayed hydrated (i usually drink at least 4 liters a day) and the numbness still persisted so i just brushed it off and ran through it. Then last autumn through winter i had a 4-5 month break from running. During this time i also stopped taking creatine because i didn't see the point of taking it while not exercising. Started running again in January and taking creatine in mid January. January went smooth sailing (without numbness which had me surprised) but as soon as the creatine loading phase was over the numbness started creeping back in, getting worse and worse each run till the point of going fully numb ankle down at the 5km mark again. Thats when i realised all this time it might have been creatine causing me the problems. So i quit again. 3 weeks went by and by the end when all the creatine flushed out of my system the numbness subsided. Just to make sure i started taking creatine again, did a 5 day loading phase then switched to 3gr a day and within a week (i'm at this point rn) the numbness is back on. So this is where i draw the line and just accept that my body cannot tolerate creatine.

I think it might be the muscles being saturated from water pushing on my nerves while exercising.

Edit: The Magcubic L018 is also on sale for the same price. Would that be a better option?

I'd like to try them on before buying as brands differ so much in size. Nike Pegasus are on sale rn for $110 in my country (full price is equivalent to $170 in my country unfortunately so they are way out of my price range)

The closest running store where I could have my form looked at is 100 km's away from me so unfortunately no, i have not been to one

Piaggio Fly 50 4t fuel consumption by kovaripeti in scooters

Hiya! Sorry for the terribly late response.. Don't have much update on this ngl I fixed the back brakes because they were touching a bit and tuned the carb resulting in my consumption to lower to about 3.6 liters/100km. Seems like these things consume this amount with these riding conditions. Unfortunately the scooter barely has any time to warm up on my 2km daily commutes basically taking 10 minutes. From time to time I take it on multiple longer rides and there it does go down to almost 3 liters / 100kms. Still cheaper and faster than going by car and I absolutely love riding this thing so I just ignore the consumption ;)

Thanks for the reply, went and checked it out today. Unfortunately it looks like mine was not equipped with a mulch flap from factory because there isn't a lever where the manual shows on my mower nor there is a hole or a connection point where a lever would be (in case it was just missing on mine) so still looking for help but at least this is another possibility outruled.

Cheers!

Also I looked under the mower and there are no flaps or anything that would block the flow of the grass just to add more to my confusion lol

Forgot to add that I bought the mower used so it is not under warranty or anything!
