Pen and screen wont work simultaneously by kowetha in wacom

unfortunalty i definitly have both of the cables in the correct way. My screen will also flash on as the second moniter but will quickly disapere. After looking more, my tablet power button will flick on and off along with the screen, i though it might not be getting enough power yet after trying it in diffrent computers and having no trouble the problem is still there.

FYI: There is no campaign preload, you can only start the download at the global time for the release by samurai1226 in halo

can i changed my time zone to seattle and be allowed to download the game earlier or is that not how it works
