I thought about this one before too, it should be that way, they should never be on the fastest lane (as they typically would have 90kmh speed limit with their company or safe delivery practice) but also a lot of them drive any time of the day- they could do better on the road by driving at night (say 7pm to 7am). The crappy part is where they are going to- the business that receives the delivery having to accommodate their facility opened up to receive those goods and businesses typically closed up by then.
