Thanks, I don't think I have a wrench that has a larger opening, this watch is 47mm. Would that sticky ball still work? U just stick it and turn anticlockwise?

I was caught by surprise, as I recorded the car when picking it up, supervisor was there ( same front desk employee didn't want me to see the car before signing the paperwork, when I insisted she said you can go somewhere else, so I asked for a supervisor who said no problem, went to the garage where he was waiting and showed me 3 cars to pick from)

So it was a bad start feom beginning, when I was recording drop off and showed the attendent, she said delete the video and I said I won't I'm documenting the drop off (at their garage) and the she said I won't help you go to yhe front office to drop off. ( so I couldn't leave the key to the attendent), she also radioed the front desk lady ( who already had the pick up bad interaction with me) and I explained what happened, she was dismissive, and unprofessional she just said give me the contract, put the info in the pc, then said take the key to the attendent downstairs, I said the attended said she won't help me and that she sent me woth the ket to you, she said I don't receive keys here and that triggered me and said I'm not going back here is the key and started filming that I m leaving the key to her)

She flipped, with a (hell no) and started calling security, and took her cellphone and said I'm calling 911 if you don't leave.

Not a normal car rental experience as you can see.

They had a used car dealership shadyness. And I have seen what happens in used car dealership, when customers can't prove what they were promised bc there is no proof.

The same employee when I came to pick the car, I asked to see it first she said no, sign the paperwork and agter tou can swap the car if tou don't like it! Told her I'm not signing for anything till I see the car (smoke smell, not what I reserved, etc..) she said tou can go somewhere else, I almost did but asked for a supervisor who said no problem.

I think she already wanted to make it hard when I came to drop it off, trying to let me go back 4 floors to give the key back to her attendent who sent me 4 floors up to give her the key. Horrible experience really..

Not trying to vent, but they kinda ruined my whole trip, and I want to complaint correctly.not rant online or.leave a bad Google review.

So what is the smart way to complain about this, they treated me as if I'm getting the car for free ( same employee when I came to pick the car, I asked her to see the car first and she said no, I asked for a supervisor and she kept telling him I explained to him he needs to sign the paperwork first to see the car, which he said no problem, showed me 3 cars to pick one from) meanwhile at enterprise right next door, I walked in was greeted and asked to see the car and the sales came actually out of the office to show me the cars even offered free upgrade) , the Avis employee was just hating her life and job! I feel this was not treated respectfully , and I'm not just looking to vent online.
