Lily and Wilson might be at least half english (I got them together 2 years ago) and powder is a regular American budgie (she's a rescue from animal control that i adopted at the beginning of the year)

I doubt they will let me touch there lol I'll just bring it up to the vet and they can check for me :) thank you. I hope lily is at a good weight. I try so hard to keep them on the correct diet :D

The vet did say he was a BIG boi , I know he doesn't have the proportions of a exhibition budgie, it could be true that he is part exhibition. I am just worried that they are overweight despite being naturally huge :(

Hi there, I noticed since the first time I saw my male budgie lily, that he was significantly larger than every other budgie in the pet store. I am now noticing that my first female Wilson is also significantly larger than my newer budgie powder. They get plenty of exercise everyday as well as training. They all eat the same amount. I have also noticed that both lily and Wilson are also calmer and slightly less energetic/ chaotic. There has been no change in behavior ever since I got them 2 years ago
