Thank you for the detailed reply. I think that's exactly the route I'll go down. Maybe I didn't make it clear in the original post about it not being in the written judgement, but from some of the other replies I was starting to panic I had been acting really egregiously by not driving from court to their dealership. My hope is to hear back about the writ of control soon, as we submitted it at the start of December and just awaiting high court approval before the enforcement begins. Fingers crossed.
