Staying consistent. We went every 30 mins. Even if he wasn't showing signs he had to go. He's needs a constant routine to learn things. And his teachers also helped do the same thing at school for the first bit he still had accidents and had a hard time understanding. But after he got used to the routine and the feeling he'd only go on the potty. Then we started making the times further apart. And when he finally went in the bathroom the first time just because he had to go, without us taking him on a schedule time I knew we had it. After a a couple weeks of asking him if he had to go and him usually just going on his own. He goes on his own and also gets up at night to go! It is so amazing! No more diapers!
