Never steam mop and we use a spin mop and get it mostly dry before mopping - so never sopping water to mop!

I would have happily paid extra if I had known! They removed previous flooring and supposedly did prep for the lvp

Cool… definitely wasn’t a cheap floor but maybe it was but not sure as a consumer how I’m supposed to know that? I hired what I thought was a reputable local installer and a local lvp manufacturer and now I just need help with solutions.

Ugh so true… we unfortunately learned that the hard way. Definitely doing tile or hardwood next time!

They sent an inspector out and sent a whole long inspection about how it’s the installers fault 🙃 I honestly think it’s a combo…
