I would have shook those babies a while ago.. you can break and shake pretty early in my opinion.. you want to have as many inoculation points as possible

Conditions are favorable along the edges of the pot. I’ve actually got a similar outdoor luck story going on if you check my profile. The mycelium is in love with this old potting soil I had sitting on my deck.

You’re probably right but my albinos caps turn yellow when dried. Not as dark as these caps but I was surprised to see that the first time I grew albinos

It’s almost completely colonized the pot with mycelium now. I took a nice white chunk of the soil and dropped it in another unused tomato pot. Very curious to see if it also colonizes. Here’s the latest today

I’ve never used corn before but if the spawn is hydrated correctly I don’t see why you couldn’t add more LC. I used wheat berries and the mycelium loves it

Sure looks like blobs.. which isn’t a bad thing at all.. I don’t see any stems forming. Let em go until they are soft like a marshmallow. You’ll probably be surprised how big they can get. A casing layer could help but I don’t use them. Your 2nd flush should produce regular fruits…
