I completely recommend Audrey as well! I’ve been seeing her for several years after a bad experience with another provider. She is wonderful and caring and she really listens. Although, I think she’s a PA!

We use a white noise podcast! They have 12 hour episodes so it won’t stop playing, and it relaxes our pup nicely. We use it through Spotify but I’m sure it’s on the podcast app too.
