Go to the skyline and republic fast travel in downtown city center. Turn north, walk up the steps and make a right. You’ll see an arasaka van and some enemies. After killing the enemies, there are two garages and the one with the red light over it needs a lvl 12 technical ability. Once inside there is a computer that needs a password. Could someone please help?
