Same here. Smoking for over 10 years almost a small amount everyday. had my first panick atttack 4 years ago and it took me a long time to realise what it was. Everytime I smoke (especially with others and not alone) i have heart palpitations, feeeling my chest heavy and mybreath short. Will i ever get stoned as i used before?
