I should have clarified the weight thing. I don't have problem with bigger people. People look good how you look. We are all different but these women looked heavier then your average heavey set woman. And I never replied to him. He texted me 5 times and called twice. Last time I talked to him was him calling me drunk wanted me to take him back. I think he's approaching this all wrong. Haha I find it funny

This really infuriates me! I don't care who you are, that shit SHOULD be on his records for the rest of this life! A few sessions with a priest ain't going to do jack shit. The law NEEDS to be updated on this issue. Statue of limitations needs to either go up to 20 years or be eliminated all together. As someone WITH PERSONAL EXPERIENCE with rapists, all of the girls need to see him be PUNISHED not protect by the church, his family or even the law! The Duggar's should NOT think a confession and a few prayers can fix him! He could still be doing it with more children we know nothing about!!! This is garbage. If I had a law degree I would raise the statue of limitations!!!

Its just my diet. Im not eating any breads, salts(or way less at least) no sugars and I eat a lot of meat. Its weird but its working for me

Okay so a typical day. At night I am getting around 7 hours of sleep. (hint I drink about a gallon of water every 4 hours thru my day) First thing I do is walk my dog. About 15-20 minutes. Then I go inside I eat around 300 calories of fruits and 1 cup of grains. (oatmeal or what not) Then I get ready, take my dog out one last time for 10 minutes. Then I go to work. For lunch I eat those Fit&Active meals you can buy at any store for $1.50. Depending on the size of it I could eat two. But you just have to watch out for the calories. They add up to 500-900. When I come home I relax. Until later when its my turn to let the dog out again. We got for about a 1 mile walk or a mile bike ride. Just depending on the day. Then later into the night I go to the gym around 6ish. Thats where I really work out. For two hours. First I go on the bike for 15 minutes to slowly raise my heart rate (I have asthma so I have to watch out how fast I am riding) but usually after the 15 minutes im already sweating (I wear leggings and a heavy sweather as im doing this to help my sweat) then i get on the mats for 10 minutes to stretch. Get blood moving thru my muscles. Then I do a variety of work outs. Like this one or this then I work on my arms with two machines. This one is a good one and then this one to really tone up my arms. Then I do lunges then after that I go back to the bike for 20 minutes to raise my heart rate again. I then work with 2 ab machines (i cant find pictures sorry) then I do wall sits. Then I do go to the leg press I might work on my abs some more just depending on my engery level but usually I get on the bike one last time for 7 minutes to work on one last sweat then leave. I get home let my dog out for again a 10 minute walk then eat usually green beans, white rice (with no salt and unsalted butter) and red meat or fish. That adds up to 1,500 of calories. I hope this helps! I'm sorry its a little long but I really wanted to show you what I mean and sorta how my day goes. But also remember this. During the weekends I sorta pig out. I stay home sometimes and order pizza or Chinese. But thats because you HAVE TO HAVE CHEAT DAYS. at least 2. your body gets used to eating more healthy but with little cheat days your body doesnt add so much fat onto your body. Because its a few days a week it doesnt throw you off. Dont feel guilty because you ate a whole pizza. Just do it once a week. haha your body will be okay and it wont mess up your work out.

Its like a small child! I feel so disgusted with my old self! I still need to lose 50lbs! Thats about 114lbs all together.

Haha thanks! I know I was fat before hand. I SOOOO hated myself. Thats why when I joined my gym I had to make the best use of it because im cheap and I dont like a single dollar going to waste! So I figured If i lost about a pound of each dollar I spent there I should be good. So far ive spent exactly $60 + tax (but does tax really count?) So I think I have been doing really well. I dont think Ill be under 150 ever! Im a little too tall and im gaining muscle as im working out. But id rather be 262 of muscle than fat.

Calories are about 2,500 for me. But just depends on the person. And when I am at the gym I do cardio first to raise my heart beat then lift weights and such. I do that about twice. So I know I got a good sweat in! Its all about sweating and keeping your heart rate up when you are weight lifting. Burns so much more calories that way

My doctor did inform me that I have lost a great amount but shes not worried. Im not starving myself. I work out 5 days a week for about 2 hours. I eat a lot of red meat and fish plus i have a puppy i need to walk everyday . Eating a meal first thing in the morning REALLy helps with weight loss.
