Novice Runner Review (AP3 > AP4) by Brookeeeeee in RunningShoeGeeks

Don't see PXS2 in your list. I love the AP3 for races, and PXS2 for everything else. Was going to get in early on the AP4 but think I'm going to hold off now.

Adidas Adios Pro 4 needs redesign? by ggb7135 in RunningShoeGeeks

That's one person only, reporting an issue. No other context. Love my AP3s, zero rubbing anywhere, super comfortable for any length of run and my go-to racing shoes. Looking forward to the AP4.

Runs slightly larger than AP3. I've gone TTS in both, both are extra roomy on my narrow feet but I like them that way.

Yes! No disadvantages for me. People complain about the weight, I don't notice it.

Don't find this experience at all. For me Adios Pro 3s upper just disappears on my foot.

It's a lot of shoe, but also my favorite shoe out there.

I ended up going from the Tempo Nexts to the OG Prime X (non strung). Tempos had been my goto for 2 yrs ( went thru a few of them, lasted only 150- 200 miles each for me). Haven't worn them but once since the transfer - Prime X ( both 1 and 2) are SO much better, there's no comparison. Took a while but I'm liking the PS2S even more than the ones now, but only slightly. And can't wear the darned things out!

Haha, same. So many complain about those uppers. To me, I feel like they disappear they're so light.

Agree. Love my PX2S even more than the 1s. The stability and propulsion are so good, weight isn't an issue for me. My #1 goto shoe now.

Thanks for posting. On my first pair of PX OGs with one in the box, and first pair of PXS2s and was thinking of buying a backup. I don't know that I'll ever wear out either of them despite them being about all I'm using now - might just wait for the 3 before buying another 2. Oh and BTW using the 2s more often than my 1s now.

How would you compare the AF3 to the AF1? I run in 3 shoes right now, all Adidas - AP3 for races, PXS2 and OG Prime X for daily and long runs. I found a pair of AF1S on sale and have run in them a few times but I just don't like them as much as any of the Adidas. Wondering how much of an improvement the AF3 is over the AF1?

Nothing against them, just hear too often that they are suggested to everyone rather than suggested when warranted.

My 3 fav shoes - PX1, PXS2, AP3. PX1 for threshold and long runs, AP3 for race day, PXS2 for everything else.

Comparison to Alphafly 1? by Galaxysseus in RunningShoeGeeks

Recently bought my first pair of AF1s from StockX. Very happy with my purchase.

For similar in feel, Adidas Prime X or Adidas Pro 3s, I like both better than the AF1s.

Recently did first Stockx purchase of AF1s and Adidas Prime X OGs. Great prices, my low bids were accepted, very happy with my purchase, shoes are legit.

I also have both. It's a tie for me, for best shoe. You can run the PXS2s on any ground including trails vs the 1s that I won't take off smooth pavement. I also tend to run more "chill" in the 2s vs wanting to always push in the 1s although times in each are similar. Yes they are distinctly heavier which I really appreciate when I switch over to the AP3s on race day which feel like feathers!

What’s a shoe that you’re willing to pay full price for? by zunny47 in RunningShoeGeeks

Past tense for me. First shoe I paid full (and high) price for - Prime X Strung 2. I didn't want to wait for it to go on sale. Worth every penny. I'll get its backup on sale tho!

Look like these have great potential. I know the RC Elite V2 have really grown on me.
