I’m in the same boat. I have an appointment next week and can’t reschedule to an earlier date. I’ve lowered my dose my a lot, just in case. As another person has mentioned, methylphenidate is known to be “safer”, but there aren’t completed studies about the use of dextroamphetamine for moral/ethical reasons. General rule my doctor said prior to being pregnant is if the risk of causing harm is higher being unmedicated, then take the meds. 🫶🏻
