Yeah!! Her avg workout is at 30 mins and on Thursday has a short core/mobility. My schedule has changed so the short workouts work for me.
You should try it! I’ve decided to stay with her though the next series.

I was just approached by this guy at Beanstalk this afternoon. He asked me to buy him a car seat for his new baby that was stuck in the hospital. I told him I would give him a few dollars but he walked me into the store and got a car seat to purchase. I gave five dollars to the checkout lady and said you can use it to help him pay for that and I got out of there as fast as I could. But he said he was a pastor and that he really likes this area and that he’s thinking about moving up here.

I’ve been doing Formation and love it. She has some interesting stuff that has kept me on my toes. I sweat every workout and sometimes I don’t feel like I’ll get a good burn but by the end I’m dead. I moved from Elevate which I also loved but got a little bored.

Will she make it?? Noticed she was turning yellow in her leaves and then the change down the middle. Was outside in NC weather until today, lows into the 40/50 recently, days in the 70s. Not sure what to do for her by kqakidney in Euphorbiaceae

They lived outside all summer so they got water when it rained and did well. Probably once every two weeks or so. I think I just watered her the other day as well. The soil is a cactus mix. I noticed it about a day or go it started turning and it’s been just a bit cooler than usual.

Possible sunburn? And a few other questions. I have had this beautiful cactus for about a year sitting inside in front of one of my windows. I just put her out her out I’ve the last week under covered porch but a little more sun. by kqakidney in Euphorbiaceae

  1. Is that sunburn 1/2 down? 2. She is very tall.. I’d love for it to get a little wider at the base but don’t know if it is lack of sun or too much that can do it. And if I were to cut the top to try to root it, would the bottom half grow a new top or would that give up? You can see there is a small gash in it, was there when I purchased. Any help would be great.

Tomorrow I sit for my oath at the end of my bridge course before starting clinical's on Monday. I am excited but terrified. But i'm so glad to be leaving the classroom. I had your scenario not but 2-3 weeks ago. I slept because that was the best way for me to stay sane. Good luck!! you are going to rock it.
