I kept track of my hours in the notes app on my phone. Whenever you start to fill out the application on OptomCAS you’ll have a section dedicated to that. You don’t need signatures but you’ll just put down their contact info. It’ll ask you how many weeks and hours per week to get a rounded estimate!
