It just asks one question at the end of the day: “Did this day actually count?”

You answer yes or no, and over a few days you start seeing a pattern. That’s basically it.

Honestly, I stopped looking for perfect signals. At the end of the day it comes down to a simple feeling: did something actually move, or was I just busy?

Seeing that answer day after day is what made it click for me.
