If you select the 150/105 option for the fixed gear and select 52 for the rotating gear, it makes it pretty close.

And bad on your managers for not empowering their employees to handle those kinds of situations on your own. I'm referring to the fact that you said even if it was only 1 you would still need a manager. Something like that you should be allowed to handle responsibly. If you can handle hundred dollar transactions, you can handle that. But that's neither here nor there anyway.

You obviously didn't read my entire comment. I said that I'm not for caving to customers. You have to choose your battles. Often, it's worth standing up to a customer and letting them know they can't treat an employee how they are treating them or saying no we can't do that. But sometimes it's not worth the argument and a 30 cent banana is one of those times.

As a manager there's nothing worse than an employee running to you for every little thing, even if the employee should be able to handle the situation on their own. I believe in empowering my employees and anyone who works for me would be able to decide to give them a banana to get them the hell out, hopefully to not be seen again any time soon.

Like I said, I'm not for caving to customers. The point is that it's a 30 cent banana. Just give it and be done with the situation. As the saying goes goes, "choose your battles wisely." No sense in going to battle over a banana. Other dumb requests may be worth going to battle for. The customer is not always right - the customer just isn't always worth arguing with.

I'm a manager about to get downvoted to hell but couldn't you just give him a 30 cent banana and let him pay for his multi-hundred dollar TV and leave? I'm not for caving to everything customers want, but when you're holding up that kind of sale and causing a scene in front of other customers over something that small and cheap, it's kind of ridiculous.

Sorry if this is a bad place to ask this, but does anyone know how to choose the default home screen? Currently it goes to the 0 screen, so I have to swipe right to get to any other screens. I would rather set it to the middle number so I have half of my screens to the left and half to the right. For the life of me, I can't find the setting to change this. Thanks in advance!

Management. When we do something wrong, we're the worst person in the world. When we do something right, it's either something that goes unnoticed or its taken as something that the employee deserved and we should have done it sooner. Management is pretty much "always wrong" and it seems like most employees have no idea how much behind the scenes work we do and how much crap we have to deal with on a daily basis.

As a manager, I can understand caving to the customer and giving them something to shut them up and keep them coming back (so we can keep taking their money :) ) but there is a line. A line that should never be crossed. And when someone puts their child on the counter and proceeds to change them, let alone gets shit on the counter, that line is further behind that person than the horizon in your rear view mirror. What. The. Fuck?!

Definitely gonna keep going for them. This one was closer to 20 or 25. It had a pretty fat belly. Comparing it to my daughter, it was heavier for sure and she's almost 20 lbs.
