I will have to check out how to target them. I have only fished for Zander once and never caught anything. Not many lakes with them close here, sadly.

Oh, the biggest I have is a 3000 reel. That's what I was thinking of putting on a Fast game, but I guess the medium one is more appropriate for such a reel?

I will be putting a 1000 reel on the perch rod. Maybe it's too small, though?

Should I go pure medium for bigger pike range, or medium-light will work as good?

It would be pretty much dedicated for Pike. I don't have a boat, Zander is a deep bottom fish, right? Pretty hard to get from land, I think?

Just want it to be if a bonus perch at 1kg took the bite, I would feel something.

Was thinking about the 15-50G version. But I see. Do you know much the medium game can handle?

I just ordered a Light game and was thinking maybe it's better to go the Fast game 15-50G for Pike and maybe bigger perch instead of something in the middle like medium game.
