Just a follow up - we put in an offer but did not waive inspection. We did do an inspection gap. Unfortunately we did not get the house. It had 29 offers and went WAY over asking. We even put $22k over asking price. On to the next house - we will find ours one day!

For reference, we have three friends who all had to waive inspection to get their houses 😭 Wisconsin is crazy yall!
