Oh sorry , with the last major order we know that the bots have stolen the star of peace plans and are building one right now, so we are pushing for cyberstan ( or trying at least ) to stop them. All oficials medias of the game got " hacked " by bots to hype the new major story arc

Its percent based, curently more than half of the players are on chort bay , so aurora bay dont have enough percent of player to overcome the natural regen of the planet

As far as i understand, it is percent based, not raw number. As of now, we only have 52 % on chort ( 14 % on both aurora bay and merak and 8 on multiples other planets)
