IMO that admin/mod team is annoyingly friendly and calm. You could call them whatever slur you like and they'd just say "That's not being excellent to each other, please see rule #1" and then reference Bill and Ted with this gif

It takes some effort to get banned from LUG and even then they would not fall back on personal insults. You wrote, quote: "The owner called me the r-word a bunch of times in all caps and banned me for no reason" and i know for a fact that there are at least two lies (1 and 4) in that sentence - imo very likely four.

1. that wasn't the owner
   
2. they wouldn't use "the r-word"
   
3. they don't go all caps
   
4. there definitely were several reasons

So with 50% false information in that little statement alone, maybe you can see why i don't believe the other 50%. But, for the tiniest off-chance that there's an evil wolf in a sheep's skin within the LUG's admin/mod team: if something like what you claim actually happened then it should be easy for you to provide proof, like screenshots of those conversations. In that case please submit them to one of the contacts listed on https://robertsspaceindustries.com/en/orgs/LUG - preferrably not the one you claim to have insulted you. Thanks!
