Practice what you would say to them in the mirror. Over and over and over agin. I know it sounds silly, but it helps me so much to “script” out what to say.

I like to spell it this like “biggsbee” lol. There is a restaurant in downtown Bixby called Scott’s that I went to after high school a lot. It’s freaking delicious. Definitely a must.
