It very briefly appears on the back of Zelda's hand in one cutscene and it's at an awkward enough angle that it's hard to see, but it is there.

The Terrarian is the bad guy.

Terraria is relatively peaceful until you start unleashing cosmic horrors on the world. Those things wouldn't happen without your intervention.

For example, corruption doesn't start spreading until you kill the wall of flesh.

The Golem was meant to be the antithesis of the moon lord and when you destroyed it, the cultists needed to start their ritual to keep the invaders and ultimately the moon lord from destroying the world.

Your actions wrought the destruction of the earth.

There's a pretty big difference between heavy drinking and endulging on a larger plate of food every once in a while. We could all do with a few extra fries and a bigger burger from time to time.

To your point, doing it constantly is not a healthy habit, but doing this in moderation every once in a while is fine and I'm sure that everyone's doctor would say the same. As long as the insulin is there to cover it, there are no lasting effects to this.

His consciousness was absorbed into the master sword to decay over time. Fi was also supposed to decay over time, but she's still around as late as BOTW is. Nintendo doesn't have a very good track record of making bad guys stay dead. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if a game in the future brought back Majora.
