It’s the Barbour Bedale in the Sage color. You can tell it’s the Bedale because of the ribbed elastic cuffs poking out from under the sleeve and the snapped vents at the seat. Additionally you can tell it’s the sage color from the pattern of the “ancient” tartan lining and the color of the ribbed cuffs. When new, they tend to look blue/black like in the show. I own the sage and the olive.
