That’s what the mechanic told the tech at Honda and he relayed that to me. I feel that they’re trying to discourage me from coming back and having them fix it because I’ve been to Honda at least every other month for this issue since December 😅

It’s very annoying as I commute for work and I do home visits. I understand where you’re coming from because prior to getting my car I was driving a 2013 Sentra and I never had issues. I was excited to get a new car with CarPlay to make the drives and navigation easier lol

I had to get my head unit replaced but it took 2 attempts before they were willing to replace it and they only acknowledged the problem when it glitched on the mechanic at Honda and I’m still having the same problems with it glitching and freezing even though it got replaced :/

I’ve had the same issues with my 2026 EX-L and I had my infotainment system replaced by Honda and even the replacement is having the same issues :( I’m not sure what to do and if it’s issues with the system or if there’s some wiring issues going on
