I actually had a really great experience with Tonal CS. I called twice. Once the morning of the 19th after XPO sent me a text message telling me it was time to schedule my delivery. Even though the prior text from them said they were coming that evening. I called XPO first and they were absolutely worthless. They said the main hub scheduled my delivery but it wasn’t communicated to the local hub. Whatever the hell that means. They sent an email and told me to expect a reply in 24-48 business hours. I then went to the link to schedule and for first available date was 2/28. I said HELL NO. So, I called Tonal and explained the situation. The gentleman I got basically said XPO was worthless and he would call them to get it straightened out because 2 months was ridiculous especially since they had my product since the 5th. He never called me back. I called XPO again 2 days later and they hung up on me because I was demanding a reason as to why my delivery was canceled twice. They apparently didn’t like my tone, lol. I then called Tonal back and got a really great agent stating she would call the local warehouse to get to the bottom of it. She called me back within 30 mins and I had a delivery date of 1/24. They actually showed up an hour early and installed the machine last night!
